Production & shipping
Production time: 3–5 business days. Each hat is embroidered to order.
Shipping time is separate from production time. Shipping transit begins after your order has been completed and shipped. Please allow 3–5 business days for production, plus additional transit time based on your shipping method and destination.
Choose Dad’s style
- 5-panel hats with curved bills: Orange Camo, Bottomland Camo, or Brown Camo.
- 7-panel hats with flat bills: Bottomland Camo, Blue & Mint Camo, Tan & Brown Camo, or Olive Camo.
- Camo styles feature mesh backs and adjustable snapback closures.
- Cambridge PB311 rope hats: White & Black, White & Olive, or White & Tan, with perforated side and back panels.
Pick your embroidery thread color
Black, White, Red, Charcoal Gray, Bright Blue, Blue, Dark Brown, Light Brown, or Olive Green. Use the thread color chart in the photos to choose a contrasting color or a subtle coordinating look.

Camo pattern placement can vary between hats. Hat and thread colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.

Can I order just one hat?
Yes. Shop our individual hat listings and select the style and thread color offered on the product page. The Hat Designer is for custom orders of 12 or more hats per design. For a smaller custom project, request a quote so we can review your options.
What does the price include?
Individual listing prices include the hat and the design described on that product page. The Hat Designer shows an estimate for your selected hat, quantity and one front decoration. Taxes, shipping, extra decoration locations and special artwork are additional. We confirm custom-order pricing after reviewing your artwork and hat availability; submitting a quote request does not place an order or take payment.
How long will my order take?
Standard listed hats have a 3–5 business day production time. Shipping transit is additional and begins after your completed order ships. Bulk and custom projects follow the timeline confirmed in your quote, with production scheduled after artwork approval and the required deposit or payment. Include your needed-by date when requesting a quote so we can confirm whether it is achievable.
Will I approve my custom artwork first?
Yes. We confirm your custom artwork, decoration size, placement and final pricing before production. The designer is a visual guide; screen colors, stitches, patch cuts and final placement can vary. Review spelling and all design details carefully when approving your artwork.
Which decoration method should I choose?
Flat embroidery gives logos a classic stitched texture. 3D puff adds raised dimension and works best with bold, simple lettering or shapes. Full-color DTF suits colorful, detailed artwork. Engraved patches display your logo engraved in black on your selected leatherette color and shape. We will review your artwork and help confirm the best fit.
What artwork should I upload?
For the Hat Designer preview, a clear, high-resolution PNG with a transparent background works best. Upload the highest-quality original you have. You can remove a solid background, adjust the design and prepare your artwork files in the review step before sending your quote request. If you need help with a file, include a note with your request.
Can I arrange local pickup?
For local orders in the Angleton, Texas area, request local pickup in your quote or contact us before ordering. We will confirm availability, pickup arrangements and when your completed order is ready.
What if I need a change or a return?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details. For custom orders, request changes before approving artwork; changes after production begins may not be possible. Custom-made items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns; defects and errors remain covered. For eligibility and instructions, read our Return Policy before sending an item back. If your item arrives damaged or differs from your approved order, include photos so we can review the issue.
